Welcome to 11 Mac Carl Crescent, a stunning executive home with an impressive presence on a double lot, and situated within the Rolling Acres community of Whitby.

A granite tiled floor finishes the space, and the granite is continued into a well-appointed powder room, as well as down the main hallway to the bedroom wing. Columns grace the entry to the formal dining room, an elegant entertaining space with coffered ceiling, chandelier, and hardwood floors.

The second main level bedroom overlooks the front yard, and features hardwood floors; a double closet; a contemporary chandelier; and a 4-pc ensuite washroom with a quartz-topped vanity, tiled floor and walls, as well as sliding glass shower doors.

Hardwood floors are also found in the beautiful master suite — a light-filled personal haven with a walk-in closet; coffered ceiling with chandelier; light diffusing privacy blinds on the windows; and a stunning ensuite washroom that is beautifully tiled throughout, and which features toilet and bidet; a Jacuzzi tub graced with decor columns; an oversized shower area with bench seat and his-and-her hand-held showers; as well as a custom stone-topped vanity with his and her under mount basins.

A granite-tiled landing is found at the base of the lower staircase, and this level is finished with laminate flooring and pot lighting throughout. The massive recreation area is complete with built-in display and media units, as well as a custom wet bar with bar fridge and stools. Off this space are two separate rooms easily utilized to suit personal or family needs. There is also a 3-pc washroom with a tiled floor and walls, a walk-in shower, as well as a stone-topped vanity; a games room with carpeted floor; as well as a granite-tiled hallway with storage closets, and which is accessible from the garage.

A side walkway with professionally landscaped stone and perennial gardens leads to the fully fenced and private backyard that has been professionally landscaped as well. A stamped concrete patio surrounds an in-ground pool and its adjacent hot tub — with the soothing sounds of a pond and its waterfall feature in the back ground. A flagstone walkway with an ivy-covered arbour takes you to the back lawn — a massive green space perfect for playing sports or for gardening.
